Can you work with our existing PLC brand?
Yes. We support all major PLC brands including Siemens, Allen Bradley, Delta, Schneider, and Mitsubishi. We can modify existing programs, add new functionality, or migrate your system to a different platform if required — with full documentation at every stage.
How long does a typical PLC/SCADA project take?
Project timelines vary by scope. A standalone PLC programming project typically takes 2–6 weeks. A full plant SCADA system with HMI, control panels, and commissioning may take 3–6 months. We provide a detailed project schedule at the proposal stage.
Can you retrofit our old relay-based control panel to a PLC?
Absolutely. Relay-to-PLC retrofit is one of our most in-demand services. We survey your existing wiring, map all I/O, develop the equivalent PLC program, and commission the upgrade — typically over a planned maintenance shutdown to minimise production impact.
Do you offer remote support outside of an AMC?
Yes. We offer ad-hoc remote support on an hourly or retainer basis. For clients requiring guaranteed response times and planned maintenance visits, we recommend our Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC), which also covers emergency on-site call-outs.
Can our operators access the SCADA from their phones?
Yes. We build mobile SCADA solutions for both iOS and Android, and web-based SCADA accessible through any modern browser. Access can be role-based, so operators see relevant process views while managers see KPIs and production reports.
Do you provide training after project handover?
Yes. All projects include a handover training session for your operators and maintenance team. We also offer extended training programs — including PLC programming courses, HMI/SCADA training, and customised corporate training — delivered at your site or our training centre.
