The Country Manager will lead the overall growth, operations, and strategic direction of IPEI across Pakistan, driving business expansion, operational excellence, and organizational development. The role requires proven leadership in managing multi-city operations, diverse teams, training businesses, and customer-centric service organizations.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the overall business strategy, revenue growth, profitability, and expansion of IPEI across multiple cities in Pakistan.
* Manage Sales, Operations, Academics, HR, Finance, Marketing, and Corporate Training teams, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
* Develop new training centers, strategic partnerships, university collaborations, corporate clients, and government projects to accelerate business growth.
* Build and mentor high-performing leadership teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, customer excellence, and continuous learning.
* Establish standardized operational processes, quality assurance systems, customer experience initiatives, and performance management across all branches.
* Drive business development by identifying new markets, launching industry-relevant training programs, and strengthening relationships with industrial, commercial, and public sector clients.
* Ensure financial discipline, budget management, compliance, governance, and sustainable profitability while delivering exceptional service standards.
* Represent IPEI with government authorities, universities, multinational companies, industry associations, and strategic partners to strengthen the organization's national presence.

* 15+ years of senior leadership experience in training, education, professional services, industrial, engineering, or service-based organizations.
* Proven success in managing multi-city operations, large cross-functional teams, and business expansion initiatives.
